Our firm is structured to address the deficiencies of a traditional design team by incorporating all disciplines in one cohesive team under a defined and proven process and managed by our Project Delivery teams. Alternatively, we can provide the services and expertise of individual disciplines as required.

- Intradisciplinary collaboration – Integration between disciplines all under one roof. If you have an existing relationship with another long-standing firm or provider, we are happy to integrate and ensure seamless coordination
- Full suite of 3D modelling platforms, BIM360 for avoiding interferences and clash detection with existing & various disciplines.
- Brownfield Design with assurance through in-house scanning & surveying when working with the ‘existing’ conditions
- New, Greenfield Developments whether as standalone ground-up facilities or tenant improvements
- Full Life Cycle in mind throughout design including value engineering throughout the design process, optimizing your budgets both Capital and Operations, Constructability, Maintenance and Operational needs, and any Environmental or Sustainability targets
- Pending your schedules and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements, we can stage deliverables through your decision gates such as 30, 50, 90% issuances or direct fast-track to IFT/IFC
- Understanding the requirements unique to your location and the relevant authorities having jurisdiction and municipality requirements.
