Here’s what others say about us.
“Working with the team has been refreshing. They have the knowledge, understanding and organization to do the work.”
Ballard has been working with Enginuity Consulting Inc. for the last 12 months on various projects. Projects consisted of demolition, construction, renovations, cranes, HVAC, civil works and a hydrogen safe test facility. Working with the team has been refreshing with a team that has the knowledge, understanding and organization to do the work that Ballard had requested from them. The small team is agile, able to support our needs, even though there were 8 projects in the 12 months all running at the same time. Enginuity brings experience and also provides recommendations and options to do the work with different methods providing cost options. It has been a pleasure working with Enginuity and would highly recommend this team to others.

We relied heavily on the multidisciplinary aspect of their organization which included a dedicated point of contact to manage the overall design. On future projects, we intend to leverage Enginuity’s full potential – initial planning and concept progressed to detailed design – to ensure success.
Early on, Enginuity consulted on concepts, code consulting, and navigating the permitting process with letters of assurance, permit packages, and acting as the coordinating professional of record. Their project consultants and in-house engineering teams handled the challenges of a stringent, heavily automated, food and beverage facility design from utility process & equipment, to building infrastructure. Post design, we retained Enginuity to procure contractors and trades and manage the buildout of our facility based on their designs. We relied heavily on the multidisciplinary aspect of their organization which included a dedicated point of contact to manage the overall design. On future projects, we intend to leverage Enginuity’s full potential – initial planning and concept progressed to detailed design – to ensure success.

“Without Enginuity we never would have been able to meet our location deadline. Enginuity proved continuously that they could meet the new challenges we presented them with.”
Our company had the pleasure of working with Enginuity Engineering Consulting during the relocation of our manufacturing facility from Coquitlam, BC to Pitt Meadows, BC. The project was a relocation of a 70,000-square foot manufacturing facility to a 25,000-square foot manufacturing facility involving the design, buildout, and management of the relocation.
The Enginuity team were a considerable asset in all phases of our relocation and provided invaluable council on facilities engineering, project management, permitting, facility layout optimization and CAPEX OPEX studies. It was great peace of mind being able to rely on a team as well versed and competent as Enginuity for our power, electrical, mechanical, structural, and ventilation design/engineering. Our relocation was particularly challenging as our deadline was incredibly tight. Enginuity were a critical asset in circumnavigating the challenges we faced with the base building engineering and construction. Without Enginuity we never would have been able to meet our location deadline.
Our project evolved and grew in scope several times throughout the process. Enginuity proved continuously that they could meet the new challenges we presented them with, in a timely and cost-effective manner. I would highly recommend Enginuity Engineering Consulting’s services.

“The team was thorough, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and followed up accordingly. The project went very smooth and was within budget.”
Bimbo Canada has worked with Enginuity Consulting on a variety of projects over the last few years. Most recently, we did an upgrade of our distribution dock doors in which the entire wall required reinforcing and engineering upgrades. John Bekkers and his team were thorough, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and followed up accordingly. The project went very smooth and was within budget. They have also helped with other structural upgrades in our Langley Bypass facility such as upgrading lifting beams and reinforcing floors. Our experience has been positive and I would definitely recommend Enginuity.
