Richmond Plywood – New Boiler and Building
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Richmond Plywood is a manufacturer of plywood products located along the banks of the Fraser River in Richmond, BC. Enginuity worked hand-in-hand with the Lead Contractor – Colony Construction – to provide multidisciplinary engineering and permit management for a new boiler, building enclosure, delivery of services/utilities and tie-ins to the existing plant. This project involved coordination of multiple in-house disciplines to ensure the new boiler and associated pre-engineered structure as well as underground utilities would be able to support the required boiler upgrade within a brownfield environment.
