Biotech Client – Tenant Improvements & Cleanroom Upgrades
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Enginuity was engaged by an international biotechnology and pharmaceutical client in Burnaby, BC to determine potential solutions for a range of facility and operational issues at their site. Work involved a cleanroom and HVAC controls system upgrade to modernize and ensure temperature and humidity tolerances were maintained and a tenant improvement retrofit of several spaces including Quality Control and Assurance labs. Enginuity’s scope involved defining lab requirements, detailed engineering/design, producing demolition plans, new facility drawings, tendering and managing trades scope. The execution of these projects occurred during a planned shutdown of their R&D and production.
