ABOUT THE PROJECT
Growth at Fine Choice Foods (SUMM!) was not simply a matter of adding more production capacity. As demand increased, the company needed to understand how its facilities, equipment, people, and processes would need to evolve together.
Enginuity was engaged as a strategic engineering partner to help map out that next stage. Working alongside Fine Choice Foods, Enginuity led the comprehensive evaluation of current and future production requirements. Providing studies that detailed product and process flow, along with preliminary layouts for expanded manufacturing areas, the work brought greater clarity to what the next phase of the facility would require, from production lines and utilities to building systems and operational flow.
The resulting design gave Fine Choice Foods more than a roadmap for expansion. It brought together the many moving parts of a larger operation, weighing production, process flow, utilities, building systems, and operational requirements as one connected system. The result was a thoughtful plan for increasing capacity without sacrificing efficiency, safety, or compliance.
