Stemcell – Facility Upgrades & Tenant Improvements
ABOUT THE PROJECT
An international biotechnology client was experiencing quality control issues at two of their manufacturing sites. To address these challenges, Enginuity was retained to investigate and produce design solutions. The solutions included upgrades to existing clean-rooms, QA/QC Rooms, HVAC control systems, Cooler/Freezer replacements as well as new layouts and tenant improvements to existing lab spaces. Enginuity provided multidisciplinary engineering design support and consultation on project execution methods including contractor tendering and oversight.
