ABOUT THE PROJECT
This Client is a boutique nutraceutical contract manufacturer Metro Vancouver, specializing in capsules, powders, and liquids. The company’s new facility required a full tenant improvement rebuild, with Enginuity Consulting providing multidisciplinary engineering, design, and permitting services. Key services included acting as Owner’s Agent, liaising with authorities, code review, concept and detailed design, and engineering for production and lab spaces (structural, mechanical, electrical). Special attention was given to GMP-compliant positive pressure systems and airflow needs, as well as permit planning and submittal.
