Aero Trading – Food Process Piping

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Aero Trading is one of the largest federally-licensed producers dealing exclusively in wild fish and seafood. Through continued growth, their expansion plans involved connecting multiple existing facilities and upgrading their processing capabilities to meet market demand. Enginuity worked closely with Aero Trading, Kern BSG (Pacific Mechanical), and Equipment Vendors to provide detailed engineering / process piping design for a unique and advanced ice-slurry system in support of their fish processing operations. The design incorporated use of their existing facilities as well as modular shipping containers housing pumps and process vessels.
