NEW LIQUID LOADING STATION
ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
Newalta Corp (now Terrapure Environmental) is a major recycler of industrial residues and deals in the recovery and recycling of products such as acids and oils. As part of an expansion project to add a new multi-product loading station, Enginuity worked as a design-build team with Coast Industrial to deliver a commissioned loading station to Newalta.
The delivered solution was a fully automatic (PLC controlled MOV’s) station for loading and unloading of various products, including caustic, asphalt, & used oil that transferred product through precast underground trenches up to a pipe bridge, and delivered product into storage tanks and the process facility through operator selection.
