We utilize 3D FEA software to ensure compliance to building codes and required standards (National & Provincial Building Codes, CSA). Inspections, Rehabilitation, & Retrofits
Replacement of old, aging assets with new capital is not always an option. Inspecting your assets is crucial to ensure continual maintenance, operations, and minimizing of risks and liabilities, and increasing reliability. Our Structural department encompasses a trained and competent inspections team, composed of inspectors and engineers with experience in identifying risks. Our process involves identification and prioritization of findings, presented in an Inspections & Conditions Report. Direction to your personnel or contractors are provided for rectification. Following visual inspections, NDT, Structural Examination, and Designs for reinforcement and rehabilitation, we produce Contractor Scopes of Work, Construction Work Package followed by oversight for the reinforcement and rehabilitation work required.
