About the Project

Enginuity was retained by Harvest as prime consultant to perform a site optimization study and assessment with the objective to increase recovery rates to increase the profitability and Harvest’s customer experience. Enginuity exercised value engineering and planning to successfully deliver the project far below an initial by 40% to allow project realization.

Project objectives:

  • Increase material recovery/processing rates
  • Meet Metro Vancouver license constraints

  • Reach certain target KPI’s such as operator man-hours per tons of recovered material
